8 am – Breakfast: Raw Pancakes and Super Berry Spread & Organic Non-Dairy Yoghurt (with Superfood Infused Granola & Probiotics)
11 am – Liquid Meal: Organic Non-Dairy Cacao Mylk
2 pm – Lunch:  Any Large Organic Salad & High Alkaline Water
5 pm – Snack: Organic House Made Hummus with Sesame Seaweed Crackers
8 pm – Dinner: Any Small Organic Salad & Green Juice No. 5
Dessert (optional): Chocolate Date Rounds
