How to maximize your ability to function on all levels, physically and emotionally.
I am sure most of you know – you are what you eat. You eat low quality food – you get sick. You eat high quality food you feel better, healthier, happier.
What is food of the future?
Let me ask you a question – lets suppose, and I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, that tomorrow the earth as we know it, no longer exists, some sort of an emergency situation is approaching, and you are left with one suitcase to pack with food. Would you pack a bag of potato chips and beer or food that will sustain and nourish you for a long time? Food that will enable you to function at your maximum level. As you know at times like these, people who choose poorly are usually the ones to suffer. Every day choices that you make in regard to what you put into your mouth will define your future health on all levels. Day to day stress is a sort of a daily “emergency” that requires your body-mind and spirit to function quickly and efficiently.
So what will it be?
What I suggest to you is to pack SMART FOOD in your suitcase and start consuming smart food everyday. Look at your environment; poor quality of water and air, GMOs, preservatives, fertilizers and other toxins which are dumped into our environment, and which compromise our immune system and decrease our body’s ability to function at its best. All of which bring our bodies to an internal chaotic environment that creates chronic inflammation and disease.
